Terms & Conditions
Prior to any cat being admitted it must be inoculated against feline enteritis and cat flu and hold an up to date vaccination certificate otherwise they will not be addmitted.
Any cat not innoculated or with a lapsed annual booster a full course of inoculations must be given the last part must be at least 48 hours prior to addmitance.
Un neutered toms over six months will not be accepted.
Whilst we are happy to accept old or frail cats we can not accept or be held responsible for any deterioration in their condition. it is the owners responsibility to notify us at time of booking if their cat has any medical conditions or injuries.
Any booking made without prior notice of injury ,illness or medication needed wont be accepted.
Medical history declarations should be completed and handed in at time of boarding (notification of any medicines to be administered must be disclosed prior to arrival and clearly marked with cats name and dosage.
We will not accept or be held responsible for any incident whatsoever as a result of the cattery administering medication or owners not giving adequate amount of medication to cover cats period of stay.
Cats which in our opinion are suffering from illness or infection will not be accepted.
We do not provide prescription foods.
NB Although cats will have access to food and water 24 hours a day shy or nervous cats may not eat but pick at their food till they settle in and familiarise themselves to new surroundings we will try and tempt them to eat but cannot force them.
Whilst we allow for the odd litter tray accident cats constantly not using their litter tray may not be accepted or additional charges may apply.
We reserve the right to call or take to our vet any cats we feel necessary. this will be chargeable to the owner for cattery time and transport any vet charges will be put on the owners account at the vets for them to settle on their return.
All cats are insured during their boarding period this cover extends to 72 hours after leaving the cattery.
NB insurance will not cover any existing conditions.
We encourage toys and scratch posts if your cat uses at home. we will not be responsible for any injury or accident loss or damage whatsoever as a result of owners providing their own items.
Any items being brought in must be safe for cats so as to not cause ie choke hazzard injury etc.
Scratch posts must be off a size that still enables daily cleaning of the pens.
We are not responsible for any damage to claws etc due to scratch posts.
The management will not be held responsible for any liability whatsoever for any persons animals or possessions whilst on the premises.
A 50% non refundable (non transferable) deposit will be required on all bookings.
A minimum stay booking will apply during peak periods.
All dates booked are payable regardless of early collection.
Late payments will occur a £5.00 daily till bill settled.
Notice of cancellation of no less than 21 days must be given in written form otherwise full payment will be due for entire booking.
Arrivals and collections are monday to saturday (we may open sundays and bank holidays during peak times.
Any cat not collected within 10 days of agreed collection will be deemed abandoned and will be rehomed or humanely destroyed at our discretion.
